Description

Promogran Prisma Wound Dressing is designed to activate the healing process and provide protection from infection in open and exuding wounds. The unique combination of 55% collagen, 44% ORC, and 1% silver-ORC absorbs harmful components of chronic wound fluid and creates the optimal environment for cellular growth. It is soft and conforms to the wound, which makes it easy to apply.
